How to access your results

Our imaging is reported off site by Pacific Radiology Groups Radiologists.

Reporting of x-ray and ultrasound imaging is completed within a few hours and results are back with
the referrer by the end of day or following day.

MRIs reports can take a couple of days to be reported following your scan.

If you are wanting to discuss your results and next steps, you will need to contact your referrer
directly for a clinical and practical interpretation of your results.

If you require your report and/or images to be available for any additional New Zealand based
Doctor, Specialist or other health provider please feel free to call us 03 578 9109 and we can
organise for these to be distributed via edi

If you are wanting your images and reports for your own reference we are able to upload these to a
USB for you for a small fee of $15.00.

If you are just wanting a copy of your report we are able to post you a copy or you are more than
welcome to pick a copy up from our reception.

Unfortunately, we are unable to email any results reports or images due to IT and Privacy policies.
